Six Courses. One Life Reclaimed.

Take your life back from the grind - one foundational need at a time.

Ever found yourself awake at 3am wondering "Is this really all there is?"

Exhausted by the noise. Worn down by expectations you never asked for. Confused why the things meant to sustain you—food, breath, connection—feel like burdens or distant memories. Tired of being silent. Don't know what to say. Quietly fading behind distraction and fatigue.

If you've learned to:

  • See leadership as something done to you rather than an example of integrity to emulate,

  • Know nutrition as confusing labels and rules but not as joy or respect for your body,

  • Believe movement makes you healthy but not how being healthy makes you want to move,

  • Struggle for motivation, like it’s a rare prize, not your birthright,

  • Think that learning about yourself is selfish, not sacred,

  • Act like learning is a drag,

You've been schooled.

Here’s the truth no school taught you: All you need to know to reclaim your life are the simplest, most overlooked basics. Not passion. Not hustle. The basics.

RESCHOOLED.

is here to change that.

This is not just an online course. This is a revolutionary curriculum of care.

Six separate, self-paced courses — each designed to help you reclaim a part of your life that systems forgot to honor. This is education for the soul, the body, and the world you live in.

01

The Self

2

The Breath

03

The Body

4

Embodiment

05

Food

6

Environment

Your relationship with you. You’ve been taught to manage yourself, optimize yourself, suppress yourself. This course is about coming home to yourself — gently, honestly, without shame. Topics include: self-trust, nervous system literacy, internalized systems, identity repair, self-worth, inner authority. In development...

The original regulation tool. Before language, before logic — there was breath. This course helps you rebuild a relationship with breath not as a technique, but as a truth. Topics include: breathwork foundations, stress recovery, embodied awareness, presence practices, reclaiming rhythm.

From object to ally. This is for anyone who has felt at war with their body. You’ll unlearn shame, reclaim sensation, and remember how to inhabit your body as a source of wisdom — not a problem to solve. Topics include: somatics, body image, chronic disconnection, sensory awareness, pleasure, safety, boundaries. In development...

Living it, not just learning it. Embodiment isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of being. This course teaches you how to live your values, your truth, your needs through your body. Topics include: daily integration, movement practices, expression, emotional fluidity, boundaries, intuition.

More than fuel. It’s relationship. Food is not a battleground or a math problem. This course will help you find nourishment, joy, and rootedness in your eating again. Topics include: intuitive eating, emotional nourishment, food culture, body signals, decolonizing diets, ritual & pleasure.

You shape the space, and it shapes you. Your surroundings are not neutral. This course helps you consciously craft your environment so it supports, inspires, and soothes you. Topics include: sensory design, nervous-system friendly spaces, natural rhythms, beauty, rest, land connection, slow living.

RESCHOOLED. is your chance to rewrite the curriculum of your life.

Because the first time around, they taught you how to conform, not how to connect.

You were graded on compliance, not wholeness. You learned to sit still, stay small, fit in, and push through.

But they forgot to teach you how to breathe. How to listen in. How to feel at home in your own skin. How to nourish yourself in body and soul. How to belong—not just to others, but to yourself and the living world. This is your second chance. But it’s not remedial. It’s revolutionary.

RESCHOOLED. is your invitation to start again— to write a new story about what it means to be alive, well, and whole. A curriculum based on truth, not tradition. One what sources life, not what saps it. One what feels right, not just what was handed down.

You need a way back to what’s already inside you—what has always been yours.

Why RESCHOOLED?

Because surviving isn’t enough. Because “functioning” isn’t the same as flourishing. Because no one should have to claw their way toward rest, peace, or basic nourishment.

You were taught to normalize depletion. To ignore your hunger—literal and emotional. To push past pain. To suppress, smile, and hustle. To treat care as a luxury and curiosity as indulgence. You were taught that the systems know best. But the systems are tired, tangled, and missing the point.

You’ve always known there was something more. RESCHOOLED. exists to say: You were right. There is more. And ironically, it looks like less:

Less noise.
Less guilt.
Less grasping.
Less pretending.

When your basic needs are met the questions begin to shift. No longer: How do I keep going? But: What can I offer now that I’m well? What can I create? This is the deeper aim of RESCHOOLED. To bring people back to their right to thrive— And in doing so, seed a new culture rooted in care, connection, and enoughness. Not top-down. Not reform from within the machine. But grassroots. Body-first. Soul-deep. The kind of revolution that starts with you, well-resourced, and ready to rise.

We live in a world that often punishes people for not knowing what they were never taught — or not having the time, energy, or privilege to seek it out.

“We acknowledge that people often do not have the time, resources, or interest to learn what we have had the privilege to learn, and that makes them no less deserving of resources to fulfill their needs.”

That’s why RESCHOOLED. isn’t just a program. It’s a reparation. A redistribution. A re-imagining of what care can look like when it’s shared and without judgement.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just overdue for the kind of care that honors your wholeness.

THE AFTERMATH.

This isn’t just about who you become. It’s about what you get to experience.

You delight in being yourself—not the curated, edited, acceptable version—but the version who laughs out loud, follows weird ideas, and dances because the beat is good. You start to say yes to what feels good, even if it doesn’t make sense on paper, because fun isn’t frivolous—it’s essential.

You living in your body no longer feels like detention. You move with confidence. You dress for joy. You stretch, leap, lounge, sway—because your body is no longer a war zone. It’s home. It’s yours. It’s free.

You eat in ways that nourish more than your stomach. You make meals that feel like ritual, like creativity, like culture, like care. You savor flavors, share stories, pass plates, and feel—maybe for the first time—that food invites you to live deeper, rather than being just another source of shame.

You shape your environment not to impress, but to support. One that’s filled with tools and textures that spark your curiosity, make space for your hobbies, deepen your rest, and root you into something slower and sweeter than hustle. Your space holds you, inspires you, and keeps you close to the earth.

And the best part?

You’re no longer stuck in the back row of your own life. You’re no longer waiting to be called on to matter (or to be humiliated). You’re no longer observing yourself like a report card waiting to be graded. And maybe for the first time, you feel like you actually passed.

This is what happens when you’re no longer surviving.

You get to belong. You get to create. You get to explore. You get to have fun. You get to be human—not managed, not marketed, not medicated into numbness.

You live.

Now.

School forgot to teach us what matters. I didn't.
